Christina Loiacono is a licensed architect in the states of North Carolina and New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University. After receiving her degree, Christina studied for her series of Architecture Licensing Exams while working as an Architectural Coordinator for Wilkes Architects in New Jersey, a design/build firm that specializes in high-end custom residential design. Soon after becoming licensed, Christina was promoted to a Project Architect at Wilkes Architects, where she managed projects from conceptualization through construction, permitting, zoning, feasibility, design, and client / contractor relationships. After nine years at Wilkes Architects, Christina and her husband relocated to Cary, North Carolina, where she launched Loiacono Architecture, PLLC. She continues specializing in residential design, including: new homes, renovations, and additions.
